Are your prices fixed?
Yes, all our prices are fixed. Prices may vary if the customer adds any additional pickups or drop-offs, any waiting time or extra stops, You may also be charged for Wrong or Incorrect Vehicle Booked.
Do you provide Child/Infant Seat?
Yes, we provide 1 child seat, additional seats can be arranged at an extra cost of £5.00 per child seat.

Where do I find my driver at the Airport?
Our driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall of the airport with your name board. Meeting points at each airport is available in Booking Confirmation email and also listed below.

Do you provide Meet & Greet service?
We provide Meet & Greet services on all Airport and Sea Port Pickups. Your designated driver will be waiting with your name on a Placard at the arrivals hall.
What if I cannot locate my driver?
Passenger needs to call our office number +44 20 8980 1234 provided on the Confirmation email or you can find in our website.
How early can I make my booking?
We recommend our passengers to book at least 24 hours in advance. For last minute bookings, we advise you to call our office and get the booking confirmation.
What if I missed my flight?
Passenger needs to call our office as soon as possible So that we will not send out a driver for your booking, also passenger can reschedule the pick up without any extra cost.
What if my Flight is delayed or arrives before the actual scheduled Landing time?
We Track and monitor our passenger’s flight and driver will be inside the airport accordingly. Usually the driver will be inside the terminal only 30 minutes after your international flight has landed.
What if my flight has been diverted?
If your flight has been diverted you have to call our office immediately, we will try to organise and send out a driver to the diverted airport (depends on the driver availability) or will find a suitable alternative solution depending on the situation.
Can I pay by cash for my booking?
Yes, you can pay cash to the driver at the time of your transfer.
Can I pay by my Credit/debit card?
Yes, you can pay by credit/debit card in advance.
Can I get a Receipt for the fare that I have paid?
Yes, you can get a receipt from the driver or through email.
Can I Smoke inside the Car?
No, we operate a strict no smoking policy in all our cars.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking. Please refer to our Terms and conditions.
If I have prepaid by credit/debit card and cancel my booking, will I get a refund?
Yes, you can get a refund. Please refer to our Terms and conditions.
